An introductory workshop for prospective researchers to learn the fundamentals of medical imaging analytics

This 2-hour seminar will provide an introduction to prospective researchers and/or clinicians to the field of quantitative imaging analytics. Important fundamental concepts such as organisation and acquisition of medical imaging data, necessary data preprocessing steps, and the basics of artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning and deep learning will be covered in an introductory way. Minimal prior knowledge will be assumed, so attendees need not be experts to gain something from the workshop. For anyone interested in working with medical images and analysing them in a more quantitative fashion, this workshop is one you don’t want to miss!
